“I’m passionate about mentoring my team, staying up-to-date with new legislation, and ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients”.

I’m a dedicated and experienced payroll professional, with a Level 3 AAT qualification. Over the years, I’ve worked across both industry and bureau environments, gaining extensive knowledge and mastering various payroll software systems. I’m always on the lookout for innovative ways to improve efficiency and love the challenge of learning new systems. Building strong relationships is a cornerstone of my career – I’ve been fortunate to turn some of my very first clients into lifelong friends.

As the manager of the payroll team in St Albans, I work closely with our directors and partners to help grow and advance the payroll department. I’m passionate about mentoring my team, staying up-to-date with new legislation, and ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients. I also enjoy the social side of my role, attending networking events and meeting new people – it’s a perfect fit being the chatty person that I am!

Outside of work, I’m a proud single mum to three wonderful children, and our family time is often spent on walks or fun adventures. I’m also dedicated to giving back, volunteering for a local charity and fundraising for Great Ormond Street Hospital, which holds a special place in my heart.

I’m an avid traveller and love having music playing in my home. While I don’t watch much TV, I do enjoy sports like football, rugby, and especially darts – though I’ll always prefer the electric atmosphere of a live darts event. And lastly, a little about my style, I’m all about Halloween, and skulls are a key feature in my home décor!
