I’m an ACCA-qualified professional having over 17 years experience working in practice, with experience in VAT, payroll, accounting, financial reporting, and business support. With strong technical knowledge and a collaborative approach, I regularly support the partners, other managers, and staff across the firm.

I discovered my passion for accountancy after my son was born, going on to study AAT then ACCA for which I am now a fellow member.  I joined Rayner Essex as a Senior within the London Accounting Solutions team just after lockdown and have since progressed to Supervisor and most recently to Assistant Manager.   

As an Assistant Manager my day is never the same.  I focus on delivering management accounts, statutory and non-resident landlord reporting, alongside day-to-day financial support including bookkeeping and VAT returns for a broad portfolio of SME clients. 

My role also involves guiding and assisting our team on their everyday responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in client accounts, and upholding the highest standards of service. I’m passionate about responding quickly and effectively to client needs, helping the team grow and deliver work that genuinely adds value.

As an avid Excel user, I am always looking for a new feature, trick or shortcut to use, and I’m excited about how AI will continue to support us in providing the best solutions and efficiencies for our clients.

When I am not working I enjoy getting outdoors & attending a range of sporting, music, or comedy events.  I love to travel and explore, whether that’s a trip in England, or further afield. I am often the one behind the camera, taking pictures to capture future memories and reminders of fun times, whether that’s with my son, family, or friends in a beer garden, or on a beach with a cheeky cocktail.
