Nikolai Davidovitch

I joined Rayner Essex in 2019 as a Financial Controller and work with the internal finance team preparing management accounts, VAT returns, and providing the partners and management team with the financial reports and KPIs required  to make informed decisions about the business.

My experience within accounting spans over 22 years, and I have progressed in my career from management accountant to finance manager and now financial controller. I enjoy my work, and like to provide an accurate and efficient service to my colleagues so that they can in turn look after our clients.

I am originally from Belarus and have lived in the UK for over 30 years. I enjoy working with the team at Rayner Essex, and feel that I am treated with respect and enjoy working in a diverse environment, where the team can be themselves and give their best regardless of their cultural background or status.  We work well as a team and get things done, and also often socialize with many events outside work.

Other than work my hobbies are playing tennis, lawn and table tennis, travelling, socializing with friends and winding down with some jigsaw puzzles to keep my mind active.
