Brexit: Goods, Imports and Exports

This final article in our series covers a few side aspects such as EU refunds, the paperwork required to support zero rating and shipping of goods.  Now is the time to enquire with shipping agents to see how much it will cost to have an agent file your import/export paperwork, this article also contains useful links to HMRC which provide more detailed explanations of all the content covered across this and our other articles.  The key takeaway here is that Brexit does involve major changes to the way the UK does business with the EU, the majority of change we know about and will not be affected by any deal/no deal scenario, so don’t wait for a deal, start preparing NOW for Brexit.
