James Hadley

I joined Rayner Essex in 2023 as a Corporate Tax Manager, where I split my time working between the London and St Albans offices.

I am a fellow of the ACCA with over ten years of experience in the practice sector. Having trained with a top audit firm, I then moved into personal tax for a number of years, before focusing on corporation tax compliance and advisory matters with a top five firm.

I have significant experience in carrying out a mixture of compliance and advisory planning services for a wide range of clients, including high net worth private clients, owner managed businesses and limited companies.

My focus at Rayner Essex is helping clients and the team with high level corporate work including: compliance, due diligence, capital allowances reviews, restructuring work, R&D, valuations and life/estate planning.

Outside of work, I can be found either at the gym, playing squash or looking after my two young boys who like to keep me on my toes!
