The team at Rayner Essex have been working from home in line with the Government instructions regarding COVID-19. We are very pleased that this process has enabled us to continue providing the high levels of service you expect.
The safety of our staff, clients and contacts is paramount and this will continue to be the driving force behind any decisions that we make when looking at moving back into an office environment.
We have carried out a detailed risk assessment for our St Albans office which will be monitored and revisited in accordance with government guidance. Whilst all staff are encouraged to work from home we have ensured that when visits to the office are made we are taking all possible precautions to reduce risk. Social distancing promoted through altered seating arrangements, enforced hygiene best practice, clear signage and limited access to usual communal areas are just some of the measures we have implemented.
We will be carrying out the same process for our London office but for the time being, owing to the need for commuting, this office remains closed to staff.
