We recently completed an online client survey to assess our performance in a number of key areas and the results of this survey are shown below.
The results were impressive with the firm’s performance typically outstripping importance scores, not only in core areas such as ‘technical expertise’, but also for our ‘friendly style of working’ and ‘access to key personnel’.
