As HR Manager for Rayner Essex, my role is incredibly varied and there is no such thing as a typical day.
I provide support to all staff, managers and partners across our St Albans and London offices and my role includes responsibility for our recruitment processes, training & development and helping to ensure that everyone gets paid.
I am committed to supporting people in their roles and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their work and give their best.
I love living and working in St Albans but as I split my time between the two offices I still get to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city for part of the week, which is a great combination!
When I’m not working, I spend my time spoiling my cat, socialising with friends and horse riding.
