Sanya Qayyum

I joined Rayner Essex in 2018 as a junior accountant and am currently studying ACCA at Semi-Senior level. Having initially taken the apprenticeship route, it has allowed me to gain over 6 years of work experience in the industry very early on in my career.

I really enjoy the variety of my role, which includes year accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, as well as dealing with any client queries that may arise day to day.

My work within Accounting Solutions is super interesting – each day is always different and this really helps to keep the job engaging. I work closely with clients to help them better understand their accounting queries as well as meet their goals and business requirements. I regularly assist my team and management to ensure our department works seamlessly in serving clients and other departments alike.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and trying out new restaurants. I also love creating content across my social media platforms and enjoy taking on various collaborations with brands of my interest.
